The surface of foam aluminum was anodic oxidized by sulfuric acid oxidization solution. The thickness of anodic oxidized film worked on dyeing quality and two main influence factors work on the thickness of anodic oxidized film. The main influence factors:voltaic density and time of the oxidization, which were optimized, the optimized parameters of oxidizing technology were determined and the factors were ordered according to their importance. The thickness of the oxide film was horizontally evaluated by its dyeing efficiency; Although foam aluminium which had been anode-oxidized had better resistance to acid and alkali in different concentration of CH3COOH, Na2CO3, HC1 and NaOH,it was not enough in special instance and it was not handsome. so coloring up by dye emerged to improve corrosion resistance, solarization resistance, pulchritude. After the optimized parameters of oxidizing technology were determined, pigmentation was studied, Then single factor experimentation was done by changing the main influence factors:the concentration of dye, dyeing time, pH value, dye temperature and the speed of stirring. excellent precinct according to dyeing was found efficiency,then orthogonal experiment was designed in the precinct.The dyeing cross section of the foam aluminium was determined with the metallography microscope, then the shape of dyeing membrane was obtained, STM maked up and determined the surface structure electronically, the thickness of dyeing was obtained, X ray analysis instrument was utilized to analyze object phase, The result showed:thickness of the dyeing film was symmetrical compact.The dyeing film covered with main body effectively.The Neutral salt spray fog test were applied to all the specimen under single-factor experiments; The dyeing film that was prepared under the optimum oxidization process conditions, the fully immerse experiment was directly done about dyeing film in different concentration of CH3COOH, Na2CO3, HCl and NaOH, as a result of the entire Baptist experiment showed that the dyeing film of the foam aluminum was of fine resistance to acid and alkali.The parameters of foam aluminum oxidizing technology and dyeing technology were determined, the microstructure and the composition of the surface of foam aluminum were optimized, and the resistance to acid/alkali of foam aluminum materials was remarkably improved. beauterful surface of foam aluminum was obtained.
