The crystal ability and form of part crystal polymer such as polypropylene and polyethylene is an important research aspect in recent year, and most of those are focus on the effect of polypropylene crystal form with different nucleater, to adapt to the industry request.Recently, people are focus on the property of metal in steady magnetic field, but there is no report on polymer material in different type magnetic field.The experiment of this paper use polyethylene and polypropylene, in different magnetic field, from 0.1T~0.3T, and researching on process of melting polypropylene re-crystallization, and recording by metallographic microscope, DSC, XRD and FT-IR.The results show as:polypropylene had better tropism of (111) in DC magnetic field, and the stronger magnetic is, the higher temperature is, from 164.8℃to 166.8℃,and the size of crystallization is bigger, while in AC magnetic field, there is a worse tropism of (111), and the stronger magnetic is, the lower melting temperature is, from 164.8℃to 163.6℃,and the size of crystallization is smaller; polyethylene had better tropism of (110) both in DC and AC magnetic field, and the melting temperature is higher, while the effect is weaker in AC magnetic than in DC magnetic field.
