Scheduling is the key process in the CIPS, which is the link between management and control. Hydrogen-network system, with great scale and complex technics, is one of the typical processes in the refinery; mathematical model is the emphasis in the scheduling research.In view of the refinery practice, mathematical programming technique is used to construct two-objectives programming model, firstly, planning model of the hydrogen-network system are constructed, the model is two objectives, so it is difficult to solve directly. According to actual problem, this article transforms two-objective problems into two single objective problems by a proposition. Then, planning model are solved using CPLEX, the optimal solution is obtained.According to the planning model, scheduling model of the hydrogen-network system are constructed, scheduling model requires partition of the interval, so it is more complex than planning model. It does not transform two-objective scheduling model into two single objective models, so this article adopts NSGA-â…¡to solve it. The Pareto optimal solutions are obtained; they are not really optimal solutions. This article studies total profit of whole system in the case of with hydrogen-gas and without hydrogen-gas. Comparing two cases, we get a conclusion that total profit with hydrogen-gas is bigger than without hydrogen-gas.Finally, evaluation criterion is introduced, that is, non-Archimedes infinity small model C2R based DEA. Non-Archimedes infinity small model C2R is constructed, a better Pareto optimal solution is found.
