With the prosperity of social economy and the development of science and technology, the application of the large rotative bearing becomes more and more in the domains like machine, architecture, and so on, the demand to its performance becomes higher and higher. We start the research of the large bearings lately, the large rotative bearings our country demand depend importation. Although the import bearings from the Foreign country existent certain of advantages at function etc, its cost be higher the risk be stronger and its provide goods period is longer, so the production of the large rotative bearings in our domestic country becomes the key problem that we face currently. The text processes finite element analysis to the three-rows-roller rotative bearing with the date of Mei Steel Company.We give the large rotative bearing theory loads analysis according to its operating conditions and based both native and international bearing design philosophy and methodological. In addition we count the bearing's safety factor and ascertain its security is up to the mustard. Based on the upwards count, we carry out correction for the bearing's longevity computational tradition formula and lodge much more actual longevity formula, count the bearing's longevity in the last.Because the large rotative bearing's structural is very complicated and specific, we use three-dimensional modeling software to proceed modeling for the bearing before we proceed finite element analysis and proceed motion simulation. We admit the model which already existence in the CATIA to ANSYS using the good compatibility between two software and translate into the finite element model as requested, at last we proceed meshing.The stress and strain of supporting outer ring and bracket of the roller, the key parts of the supporting structure, are analyzed with Finite Element Theory and ANSYS, the result indicates that the design is rational. The contact pressure of the roller and the supporting outer ring is calculated with ANSYS at the same time, this can visualized descry contact stress to the large bearing's impact much more.The calculated result indicates that it is practical to calculate the contact pressure with Finite Element Method. In the meanwhile we also carry out modal analysis. This supply us theoretical basis about the research of the bearing's vibration and noise and lodge theory gist to the further studies on bearing's fault diagnosis.We analysis the bearing's abrasion reason, and lodge the improvement measure.The large rotative bearing which is proposed in this paper aims at the Mei Steel Company, however, its structure and the design methods are valued and can offer some suggestions to the design of other super rotary supporting structure.
