Chaos system is a kind of special complicated nonlinear system which is ubiquitous in nature.The chaos application has been one of the advanced topic in nonlinear dynamical field since the chaos control and syschronization were proposed,and its application in engineering, power systems, image processing, secure communications and other fields has made great achievements in scientific research..At present, the chaos phenomena of motor drive system is still in the preliminary study in the world, the relationship between the chaos and its intrinsic irregular movement has not complete theoretical system. Therefore, the study on motor drive system in chaos will become a hot issue in the future.In this thesis, a comprehensive systematic analysis of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) was conducted,and the study on permanent magnet linear synchronous motor in chaos was researched. This thesis include:(1) based on the traditional mathematical model of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, a simple chaos mathematical model of a permanent magnet synchronous motor was established through a series of mathematical transformations, and lay the foundations for the research on chaos in the associated areas in future; (2) three kinds of operating conditions were simulated in this thesis based on the Matlab simulation platform. The existence of chaos in the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor system was observed through simulation analysis; (3) according to Lyapunov stability theory, Lyapunov exponent of the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor system was calculated by using Matlab software,and the existence of chaotic behavior of the system was proved in theory; (4) in this thesis, the theory of chaos control was proposed based on a simple linear state feedback control. Through calculation and analysis, an appropriate amount of feedback gain was obtained, the original chaotic behavior occured in permanent magnet linear synchronous motor quickly returns to equilibrium steady state.Chaos is an abstract discipline,and its research focus on the explanation on scientific phenomena theoretically. Yet motor is a practical discipline,its research focus on how strengthen its practicality and popularity.In this thesis,the chaotic phenomenon of PMLSM was gradually explored. So study on the nonlinear system of PMLSM has certain reference value.
