Hydraulic counterbalance valve is the key component in balance loop, it is widely used in modern engineering machinery , especially in lifting machinery. Increase in the lifting equipment, stretching and other institutions in amplitude and decreases, the role in the movement direction and the direction of the load under the same circumstances, must be set back to the oil at the balance valve to balance the load, to ensure smooth operation of the implementation of components, which improve the stability of the hydraulic system. Balancing valve on the hydraulic balance of the work of the whole loop system stability, reliability and efficiency of the system has an important influence. In this paper, a theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of a combination of research methods, on balance valve plate and threaded cartridge balancing valve works, the valve orifice area calculations, and dynamic characteristics of the flow field were analyzed and compared with the calculation, the main parameters its performance, provide the basis for the design of high performance Balance Valve.Main contents are as follows:In chapter 1, this subject research, this paper expounds the background and significance; Summarizes the hydraulic counterbalance valve on the current situation and existing problems; This paper summarizes the main research contents.In chapter 2, and introduces several common hydraulic counterbalance valve work principle, related structure characteristics and existing problems, plate counterbalance valve and threaded cartridge type counterbalance valve do some comparison, a related numerical simulation for a foundation behind the analysis and introduce.In chapter 3, counterbalance valve and threaded cartridge type balance valve valve on the numerical analytic mouth area, obtained valve characteristic curves of the area of the mouth; plate counterbalance valve and threaded cartridge type counterbalance valve internal flow field of the numerical analysis, get two valves pressure and velocity in the distribution of the openings. In chapter 4, use of hydraulic AMESim software plate counterbalance valve modeling, and through plate counterbalance valve with the hydraulic balance loop simulation AMESim simulation model, get plate counterbalance valve in various working conditions of dynamic response curve. The simulation analysis the oil cylinder weight and balance valve damped holes, valve mouth slot types, spring stiffness of intercepting main parameters on dynamic counterbalance valve and its circuit effect. Results show that the oil cylinder weight, balance valve damped holes and throttling slot types of piston rod downward movement as the speed of the impact smoothness.In chapter 5, establish a threaded cartridge type counterbalance valve hydraulic balance loop simulation model AMESim are simulated and analyzed by oil cylinder weight and balance valve damped mouth holes, valve cone Angle, spring stiffness and other major parameters on dynamic counterbalance valve and its circuit effect. Results show that the oil cylinder weight, balance valve damped holes and valve cone Angle on the mouth of the downward motion oil cylinder impact velocity stability, this study for threaded cartridge type counterbalance valve design and balance loop matching parameters provides guidance. And the fourth chapter plate dynamic simulation with some important parameters, it is concluded that a relevant comparisons between structural parameters and the system parameters on its balance impact on the system of difference loop.Finally, this thesis summarizes the work and achievements and look forward to the next step of research.
