In recent years, the automobile production growth in our country with unprecedented speed, the production and sales volume ranks first for two years, the automobile market of China occupy a decisive position in the global automobile market.With the automobile market which was never prosperity like this before, China's automotive industry also exists some alarming phenomenon at the same time,such as car excess capacity, some auto enterprise's blind expansion, the developing of automobile industry has a large extent depend on foreign technology, our national brand with advantage technical meet bottleneck limitations. To improve the competitiveness of China's automobile industry, we should not only absolutely make hard to develop our own independent intellectual property and technology innovation technology, but also to develop the comfort car to meet the requirements in satisfy people.This thesis mainly select the factor which has a great influence on car comfort, then the car seats is selected as the joint of car vibration comfort and car interior layout to research its influence of comfort on the people in car especially the driver and the car interior layout which include the reasonable seat layout, discusses and evaluate the comfort, then evaluation the car comfort based on hierarchical analysis multi-grade fuzzy evaluation method to explore the preliminary comprehensive method.This paper takes a ford car for study platform. At first, it researches the influence of the car seats on car comfort, including various aspects like seat static comfort and dynamic comfort, then it put forward on the studies which satisfies ride comfort of people as the human solution design method seats. Based on the ergonomics design of seats to guaranteed comfortableness meeting seat ergonomic comfortableness to ensure the cars meet the comfort of people, the car was simplified to a five DOF vibration model, keeping changeless of the tires rigidity and damping, suspension system rigidity and damping, hanging quality and the quality, making the research of the car comfort focus on the effect of seats parameters, it only changes suspension damper and rigidity of the seat which will influence of car comfort.we establish white Gaussian noise pavement and the other vibration model except "body-car seat" part in MATLAB/SIMULINK, and create the fuzzy controller to make fuzzy control of the vibration acceleration of human body, and establish the "human-seat" model with Adams software, the two software will be unite to simulate through interface Settings, we prefer the accurate simulation parameters power and control system accurately flexibility of MATLAB/SIMULINK, and the Adams'Setting modeling parameters simplicity advantages. We make the simulation analysis of a group of seat parameters, thus concluding the influence of the changing seats parameter on car comfort. Then this paper research the ride comfort from the aspects of cars layout the steering wheel, the various pedal and the seats with RAMSIS human solution software. And make a series of man-machine constraint, then calculate the not comfort, and decorate the aspects of car comfort evaluation parameter table. Finally, the paper vibration makes a joint evaluation with man-machine project on the two aspects of cars based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP).
