In recent years,with the wind power market continues to expand and the nation attaches great importance to clean energy, the number of wind farm and wind farm capacity are rapidly increasing. Besides,because the proportion of wind power system is increasing year by year especially in Inner Mongolia,it is growing more and more impact on power system. This paper analyzes Inner Mongolia wind farm with field examples and research wind power deeply on the adjustment ability of reactive compensation to voltage,the capacity of LVRT, wind power access substation relay protection, etc. Explore the maintenance methods to solve these problems in the current situation.In the adjustment ability of reactive compensation to voltage aspects, only through making site operation test of Inner Mongolia jingneng wind power station, can we conclusion with reactive compensation ability of wind fleet and SVC. What's more, reactive power optimization control in wind power station has also been simply researched.In the study of ability with low voltage ride through (LVRT), I learn and master respectively on the concept of LVRT, the current research at home and abroad and some commonly used principle in the test of LVRT. Furthermore I put forward several suggestions according to current wind farm limitation of the LVRT.In the research of the problem with wind power access substation relay protection, four aspects has mainly been discussed like the polarity testing, ac/dc grounding, environmental impact and safe hidden trouble. The purpose of it is to solve engineering problems encountered in the relay protection.
