This paper simulate the internal forces of the support system on the process of theexcavation by using large common structural calculation software ANSYS andcombining the instance of No. 15 engineering in the business district of Xiangluowanin Tanggu, Tianjin. Studies the impact on internal forces of the supporting structurewhen change the design parameters. The specific contents and main points of thepaper are as follows:1. Combine the examples of the deep excavation and build plane finite elementmodel byusing the software of ANSYS. Simulate the whole process of the excavationand obtain the results of the internal forces of the support system. Analyze the changesof the internal forces when excavating. Calculate the actual bearing capacity of thesupporting structure according to the actual design of reinforcement and calculationformula related to the standards. Compare the results of numerical simulation andactual bearing capacity for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the simulationanalysis and checking the strength of cross section.2. The numerical simulation method is still used to calculate the internal forceand analyze the reasons for the trend by changing the design parameters of supportingpiles and support. Use the conclusions and in light of the actual design project, puttingforward relevant proposals for similar engineering reference.3. It is too safe of shear reinforcement after calculating. In view of this, this paperpresents relatively reasonable optimization programs. Draw the support and ring beammonitoring point's layout of internal force on base of numerical analysis. Provideevidence for future construction monitoring.4. The numerical simulation method and some useful conclusions described in thispaper play a certain reference for design, construction and formulating modificationprograms.
