According to the data of chapter 1 of <2010 Annual Report on China Building Energy Efficiency >,In the northern part of China, Every heating period, the total building energy consumption reaches 688.7 million tce (coal), Thereinto, the heating consumption of the total residential energy reaches 312.6 million tce (coal), So the total energy of residential heating consumption accountes for 45.3% of the building energy consumption, puts forward clearly that the building which implements of central heating should be installed the heat metering devices and the room temperature control devices. However, with the larger heating coverage, Heat metering network monitoring management system has many problems in communications and constractions, as well as the high-accuracy of regulation at room temperature control accuracy. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forwords the central heating household metering control system based on Zigbee wireless-sensors,fuzzy control for residential temperature and GPRS network technique .In view of this designed project, aiming at the measurement on room temperature, the paper selects CC2420 microchip to design a low-cost, low-power wireless sensor. And aiming at the controlling of valve's opening degree, for the parameters - temperature has the characteristics of nonlinear, large time delay, it is difficult to determine the model parameters, so a fuzzy controller is designed. By regulating the opening degree of electric valve, home temperature can be controlled accuratly. The software Matlab is used to simulate the controller,and results show that: the fuzzy control algorithm has stronger robustness, immunity and improves the accuracy of home temperature control, eliminates oscillation problem caused by the time delay of the system, which has a strong adaptability for the change of the structural parameters of the systemBy regulating home temperature, heating supply is determined by the actual heat quantity of customers.then using remote centralized meter-reading technique, the wireless real-time communication between thermal meter and management center realized by the GPRS module. Management center acquires data to finish automatic meter reading, and collects the charge of each customer. So household metering control system achieves the purpose of energy conservation of heating supply, meanwhile,improving the requirements of degree of comfort , automatic,and Security for domestic life.
