With the higher requirement on indoor air quality, the requirement on the outdoor fresh air is also increasing,this leads to the contradiction between the indoor air quality and the energy consumption of fresh air. as an effective energy recovery device, air-to-air energy recovery equipment solve this contradiction effectively.It may result frost while the air-to-air energy recovery equipment is used in the cold region; At the same time,considering the climate characteristics of the cold region during the transitionary season,it may reduce fan energy consumption and improve the life of heat exchanger,if we send the air with bypass during the transitionary season.As a result,three news types of air-to-air energy recovery equipment are developed,they are: air-to-air energy recovery equipment with bypass to send the air, air to air energy recovery equipment with bypass to deforst, air to air energy recovery equipment with bypass to send the air and to deforst.However,none of the three new tupes of air-to-air energy recovery equipment fit for every city in the cold region, this is determined by their different difffunction. On the other hand, to promote the population of the new types of air-to-air energy recovery equipment,it is necessaty to build the serialization samples of the air-to-air energy recovery equipment,separately. In this paper,the author analysis the structure of the air-to-air energy recovery equipment, propose a new type of air-to-air energy recovery equipment,with blastvolume, dimensions of the enclosure, area of the total heat exchanger as the parameters.To seriate the total heat exchanger,the author record the sensible heat efficiency, enthalpy efficiency and static pressure loss in summer and winter.By multi-parameter fitting,finally get two three-variables empirical formula in summer and winter,and they are:heat exchanging area-air volume- heat exchange efficiency,and heat exchanging area-air volume-fan energy consumption.Build model of initial investment in air-to-air energy recovery equipment,model of energy recovery price,model of energy consumption price .Optimizate and analysize the size of air-to-air energy recoverye quipment,with dynamic economic analysis. Eventually determine heat transfer area and chassis size of total heat exchanger in the air to air energy recovery equipment.Finally we get new air-to-air energy recovery device serialization samples that is suitable for different climate, using the optimized results and applicable areas analysis results.This will be Convenient for designer to select,and can promote the popularization.
