Simulated Training System are used widely to achieve the simulation of combat environment, combat process and combat effects of weapons. There are devoted to conduct a strict military training, military exercises or tactics research and training. Simulated training assessment system can record and assess user's operating procedures, meanwhile, correct errors in time, which improve the scientificity of training obviously. In this thesis, the Simulated Training System in subject to the operating platform of certain type equipment is study. By means of combination of multi new techniques in Hardware Simulation, Data Communication, Software Programming etc. The system is designed and constructed .The result show that the system which simulated the main functions and behaviours of the really one can train the professional efficiently and scientifically. There are there parts in this thesis, there are hardware design, software design and assessment algorithm design. In hardware design, hardware interface circuit includes Core circuit and Driving circuit. FPGA chip of Xilinx company is used as the core chip of communication. Software design adopts programming environment which based on QT4.6, and it is divided into four function module. Assessment algorithm design is the keystone of this study. The assessment algorithm of training will be changed into assessment algorithm of similarity, and then change the assessment algorithm of similarity into the solution of multi-dimensional 0-1 knapsack problem. Use the method mixed with MATLAB and VC and meanwhile, use branch and bound method to solve the optimization problem of 0-1 knapsack problem will form the complete training evaluation algorithm system. After testing repeatedly, this system has been applied in practice training.
