Research On EEE Life Cycle Assessment Of Alternative Automobile Fuels And Its Application

With the development of social economy and environmental concern, the research on cooperating development of economy, environment and energy is the mainstream of energy research. Petroleum is strategic resource because of its scarcity, at the same time, a large amount of emissions produced by gasoline cars has heavily polluted the atmosphere. The development of alternative automobile fuels is put forward for solving problems of environment and energy. Seeking for alternative fuels and substitute the traditional vehicles with cleanly ones is the focus of the government all over the world. It is important and strategic to decide on how to protect environment and reduce dependence on gasoline, develop cleanly vehicles and realize the corresponding progress of energy, economy and environment.The development of alternative automobile fuels is a new issue, although the government has great passion on it, the development is in no order. Technical economic assessment method is traditional method used for assessment on energy project, but it has little consideration on environment and energy. If we choose the substitute scenario on experience or the data, or isolated and partially look on the assessment of alternative automobile fuels, the conclusion may be unilateral.LCA theory analyzes the impact on environment and energy of different products and activity scenarios. It is an important tool in direction on the development of substitute products and choice of scenarios. After the study on theory of assessment and development of alternative automobile fuels, the paper uses the LCA theory in the assessment and development on it.The paper constructs a theory model, which is used for EEE Assessment on common product or activities. After the study on life cycle and the system of auto fuels all over the world, the paper constructs EEE LCA Model of substitute alternative automobile fuels.The paper uses the model to study the development of the alternative automobile fuels in Chongqing using its abundant natural gas resources and brings forward the countermeasure. Finally, the paper forecast the study on LCA and the development of the alternative automobile fuels in the future.
