Theoretical Studying Of Sound Field Of Sonic Cleaning

Firstly, the technique of sonic soot cleaning is introduced, the mechanism is discussed, and then the applied situation of sonic soot cleaning is investigated based on the analyzing of the advantages and disadvantages, the result of investigation shows that the reason restricting development and application of sonic soot cleaning is the basic theory is not fully studied. Focusing on the problem of sound field of scattering due to the existence of tubes, the general mathematical model modeled according the condition of plant, and then the coefficient of sound scattering is resolved by using the Method of Inverse Matrix, the functions of arbitrary configuration of tubes is got, the far field scattered pressure and near field scattered intensity of the unit of heat exchanger tubes is calculated, at last, the effect of soot cleaning due to the existence is analyzed.
