With the application of the non-linear electrical electronic components in every industrial department, there are more and more non-linear loads, which lead to the fact that serious distortion takes place in the waveform of the voltage and the current in the power system. Therefore the harmonic wave is polluted more and more serious, and get the concern of the every country in the world. Because harmonic waves endanger equipments in the power system, interfere the normal function of communication system, so carrying on testing and analysis of the harmonic wave seems especially important.This text proceeds with definition of the in harmony wave, outline describe the nature of high times of harmonic wave in power system. The main mechanism, the danger of harmonic wave and the reason of the produce of the harmonic wave are described in this paper. At first, through the study on operation principle of Gezhouba, lay the foundation for the harmonic wave test job. Learn and study the basic principles of harmonic waves measurement at present systematically, and point out the present measurement in harmony principle mainly to carry on Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), thus examine out the value of harmonic wave of every time. And introduce the method of harmonic wave test, point out that the harmonic wave tester in this text is the directly digital synthetic method. Then analyze a group of the data measured in Gezhouba. At last, carry on harmonic wave measurement for the relevant circuits of Gezhouba, analyze relevant harmonic wave index, and draw some important conclusions, such as the voltage harmonics of phase B is more serious than the harmonics of phase A and phase C, the voltage harmonics satisfy the need of power system, the current harmonics of Gezhouba is too serious.The above important conclusion is helpful for the future harnessing, which can guide the future work about harmonics harnessing.
