At present, there are refrigerators including machine, electron and computer controlling way on the markets. The value of temperature controlling device and melting frost have been settled in advance. It is easy to waste energy consumptions at different purpose movement because of lacking flexibilities, which leads to the fact on one hand that the device is damaged. Temperature rises and falls relatively fast, which does not benefit the food and keep fresh, on the other hand, wastes a large amount of energy . The main task of the refrigerator is to guarantee that the quality, sapor and color of food stored will not be changed after freezing. The main method of keeping food fresh is to keep the best temperature in the refrigerator. However, the situation of target of using of the refrigerator is relatively complicated.The temperature in the refrigerator is affected by a great deal of factors. Therefore, it is difficult to set up its mathematics model and reach the satisfactory control result with the traditional controlling method.For this reason, this subject brings forward refrigerator control with expert's fuzzy controller of single chip computer, combined with controlling fuzzily the technology of expert system in the artificial intelligence, forming a kind of expert's fuzzy controller, which makes the refrigerator control rational, energy-conservation, reliable. MCS - 51 of single chip computer have been made of the core of the hardware. The system is controlled by the software written with C language.Utilizing fuzzy control technology to start up quickly , when the freezer needs refrigeration. And the frequency conversion has been designed in order to avoid starting up compressor frequently,which makes the electrical machinery work according to requirement .So the refrigeration of compressor will be more effective. Safe adopts the semiconductor and compressor to refrigerate at the same time .In the normal situation the safe refrigerates with refrigeration of the freezer. When the freezer needs refrigeration, the system starts the mechanism of compressing.The safe can reach the refrigeration result at the same time.Whenthe freezer does not need refrigeration, the semiconductor will be used alone. The result controlled like this can make the safe achieve the goal of controlling alone basically.In the course of melting frost of the refrigerator, we use intelligent control technology to simulate and analyze the number of times of opening and closing refrigerator, turn on and close frequency and most effective frost time. It makes the temperature in the refrigerator fluctuate minimally, influences the top to food quality. The system will give an alarm when the door is always opened. There are liquid crystal displays on the panel of the refrigerator, which shows the temperature between freezer and safe. It is possible to adjust and control the temperature between freezer and walk-in through the button ,reaching the temperature that user needs.
