Pressure is the most important parameter of hydraulic system. It reflects directly that whether hydraulic system is in good performance. In order to insure worker's safety and hydraulic in a good performance it is the most important to keep real time watch on hydraulic system by measuring systemic pressure. Conventional pressure measurement is contact. It gets pressure numerical value by installing pressure measurement instrument in hydraulic system and is discommodious. It has applied value to measure pressure of hydraulic because ultrasonic measurement is high precision, undamaged and non-contact. Ultrasonic may reflect pressure of hydraulic system when it transmits in liquid and pressure can be reflected by frequency of ultrasonic. So we can found a mode of pressure-frequency in virtue of frequency to get pressure of hydraulic pressure. Realizing real time watch-control and measurement by ultrasonic measurement is aim of the research. The research work includes two sections. Firstly is to device ultrasonic pressure measurement instrument. The device includes ultrasonic transducer, frequency collection, control and other circuits (LCD,and keyboard and memory etc.). At the same time, considering system's anti-jamming in hardware and software. Secondly is to find the better data processing method in theory and found mathematical model of pressure-frequency. Bringing forward a new data processing method-Data Mining based on comparison of a variety of data processing method.
