Consindering the economic, landform and water quality characteres, it has significant meaning to exploitate. Occupying smaller grounds, saving investment, operating easily management cost low and the effection stabilization. The special investgation has advantages to improve the secure lever of drinking water quality in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area, and offer technological, safeguard of the social and economic sustainable development in the region. It studied the removal methods of micro heavy metals under the high background concentration and mciro polluted organic matter, under the condition of some river have been polluted by heavy metals and mciro organic matter.By dynamic and satic experinmetal methods, the effext has been investgated that the heavy metal ion (the Hg2+ is sampled) is get rid of by activated carbon. By satic experinment, the effext has been invesgate about normal, and modified activated carbon (oxidated by HNO3). Eliminate the tittle heavy metal ion in drinking water. Then, the dynamic experinments about normal activated carbon have been carried out to modify flow through the activated carbon exchange pole. pH , the content of organic matter and add Ca2+ Mg2+ into raw water. It has been proved that the activate carbon not only efficently get rid of the organic matter in micro-polluted water, but also absorb the Hg2+ icon, at the same time, it has the good chatacter with electing absorbency and economic credibility.According the results of experinment, a new facility which treat micro-polluted water by membrane filtration and activated carbon has been designed. The facility is the charactered with sacing investment, low opetation cost, needing smaller floor and management more convenient. The experiment of MF+UF have proved that this king of technology has advantage to eliminate NTU and the NTU in out-water is only 0.07. At the same time, the organic matter can be get rid of to some degree. The technology is satisfied with the demand of direct potable water. According the experinment in which raw water of the Yangtse River is filtrated though MPE-10 type MF pipes, it has been found that the filtration pipes with MF have significant effect to eliminate concentration of the raw water, and the 30 NTU in raw water can be decreased to 0.3~0.4 NTU. According the outcome of the experinment, the componets of MF can be used bo filtrate the raw water with low content of organic matter and NTU, and the technology not onlyhas the out-water being satisfied with the demands matter and drinking water quality, but also is charactered with economic high efficiency and operating management more conveninet. When the sand and NTU is high in raw water, the experinment of MF and activated carbon filtrating micro-polluted water, it has been found that the technology can efficently decreas the NTU of raw water, and the content of organic matter, and the the indexes of out-water are satisfied with the national criterion about drinking water quality. So it has significant social and economic benefits fo the outcome of the investgation and the advancement of corresponding whole sets which can be use to protect the water of Three Gorges Reservoir Area and people's healthiness.
