Reinforced concrete is a composite material that is mainly with concrete, and is furnished with different form steel bars. These capabilities supplement each other; thus far have become most comprehensive and succeeding composite material in the construction engineering. Reinforced concrete plate is most comprehensive material of civil engineering and water resource engineering. As cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars' development, cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars plate is more applied to engineering construction. But the research of this aspect is still little.Cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars member technique criterion regulated redistribution of internal forces in concrete slabs reinforced with cold-rolled and twisted bars. But these rules are based on isotropic. But cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars is composite material and have orthotropic. Thus it is some error compared with fact. The research try to solve this problem, and re-research the redistribution of internal forces in concrete continuous slabs reinforced with cold-rolled and twisted bars.In the research i reciprocity between cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars and concrete with micromechanical model was analyzed firstly. Secondly on the base of elastic mechanic, basic equation one-way layer plate and distribution of stress in condition of two way simple support were presented. Lastly method of plastic limit is adopted to analyze reinforced concrete plate's plastic limit.Because elastic analysis of reinforced concrete plate can't present its ultimate load in general, we need analyze in further. Accurate answer to plate's ultimate bending strength is difficult to extract too. But we may confirm factual destroy load's upper limit and lower limit.Generally, cold-rolling and twisting reinforcing bars concrete continuous plate may take into account redistribution of internal forces. Modulation of internal force that Criterion mentioned may be reached. Continuous plate has obvious plastic capability. Taking load capability is higher and safer. Steel bars' high strength capability isbrought to play sufficiently. Compared with elastic theory, if plastic ultimate load analysis that the research mentioned is adopted, steel bars dosage will reduce obviously. And it is convenient to construct. So it is worth of being spread.
