Energy is power for society development; human being has no development without energy. See from the level for science and technology development of today, energy can be full used for our huaman beings is limited, so, we must develop it calculated and abstemiously. With the fast rising for world population, energy for building increased rapidly. China has a large number population, building energy consuming have an important position in economy, how to do building energy saving well, is keystone in our energy saving and is keystone in our economy development. So, researching and developing a new building material, assorting building energy saving work, getting the aim for energy saving, assuring economy development become important task.The wall discussing in the paper is a new heat preservation and energy saving system for structure, it succeed to the advantage of block building, at the same time,new masonry mortor was used to be heat insulation material, such can get the aim of saving energy and simplied construction procedure together. On the base of theory analysis, this article solved two question mainly. First,with the require of energy saving , design the shape of block again.On material selection, accommodate to the characteristic of ceramsite concrete,improved its performance, .made it be used fully.Second, develop a new thermal insulating mortar, the mortar is light,strength and heat insulating. This make masonry mortar was used to heat insulating to be reality, without additory heat insulating material. Have a very good society benefit and economic benefit.finally, do some job about masonry design.the paper take the way of theory analysis and experiment, do a lot experiment on foam ceramsite concrete, define the material contained.On the base the origin theory about thermal insulating moator,developed a new fibre reinforced fine ceramsite thermal insulating moator,the result makes clear that the moator fits monary The study indicated "L"block is good at both mechanical property and energy saving. According to the design criterion, discussed the design means and basal regulation, design size of block. Finally , prospect the used in reality of the wall being ,its foreground is good .
