People's life tides over indoors in over 80% of the time, Indoor physical environmental quality will all exert a direct influence on people's physical and mental health , comfort and working efficiency such as the sound , light, heat environment and indoor air quality in the room..The city and countryside population in hot summer and cold winter area approximately composes the national total population 1/3, GDP approximately composes 40%, is the our country economical culture developed area, therefore develops in this area residential building room physics environment quality research work, and has pointed takes each effective energy conservation measure, not only can help to improve this local people's housing present situation, improves its quality of life and the health comfortable degree, moreover to realizes this local economy and even the national economy sustainable development all has the extremely vital significance.This article mainly take housing indoor physical environment quality of our country Yangtze valley in hot summer and cold winter area as research key, the analysis improves this local housing indoor environment quality the main technical measure, at the same time the city has the representative to hot summer and cold winter area to be carried on investigates and studied on the spot thoroughly is understood in this local housing room in the physical environment exists the question, and obtains emphatically from this local most serious room internal heat environment question, through the computer simulation way, how the research discusses utilizes the reasonable technical method to improve this area residential building the room internal heat environment quality, reduces the construction energy consumption.Construction energy conservation work in hot summer and cold winter area although late starts but its development potential to be huge, this article key take thermal environment of indoor physical environment and it's the energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area as the analysis object, it is computer simulation software it is for the wall's materials , window and wall area than, sunshade, roof insulate against heat, building orientation ,etc. technological measures last mock test, then analyse to their thermal technology performance and energy consumption situation according to the data of testing, in order to compare its energy-conserving performance, draw the comparatively rational energy-conserving measure, while reflecting that designs controllability in energy-conservation, contribute to reaching the hot environment of residential housing of this area and energy-conserving index even more.
