The paper studies digital control scheme of resonance inverter frequency-tracking based on all digital phase-locked loop. The principle, characteristic and design methods of programmable logic device and hardware description language are described in this paper. The paper analyzes the working operating principle, load characteristic and function mode of parallel resonant inverter, designs an all digital control technique based on Programmable Logic Device for frequency-tracking of inverter. A mathematic model is established and the performance of the technique is analyzed in this paper. The hardware circuit and the software design of the Programmable Logic Device based on VHDL are designed.The result of both simulation and experiment show that the technique proposed in this paper has a better performance in smart designing, high degree of accuracy, interference feature etc.
