It is high expense and long period to design and research and develop new typical Centrifugal Pump in traditional and half empirical and half theoretical way .The virtual realistic technology is synthetic application about computer animative technology, visualable technology, artificial intelligence, multi-media technique, pattern identify, automatic control and senor technology, It will be low expense and short period if making use of virtual technology to develop new products. The virtual realistic technology is also paid more and more widely attention to application in design and simulation of Centrifugal Pump with the quick development of calculator sketch , visualable technology, software engineering, hardware design and control engineering. This thesis is divided into four parts in virtual realistic technology being applied to design and simulation of Centrifugal Pump.The first and second chapter introduced the virtual realistic concept, character, classification and computer peripheral equipments' usage and application software, Mold method to virtual object and construction to virtual realistic system and design method and the virtual realistic key technology and their application in Centrifugal Pump were proceeded to research, Combining virtual technical development, it made a deep analysis to the mold and the virtual environment. Impeller, volute hull and whole machine of 3D virtual prototype of Centrifugal Pump were established in Pro/ E software.The third chapter researched calculation and handled data method and develop trend of the impeller inner flow field, putting forward the condition of the certain boundary through researching impeller' s boundary layer and control square distance, establishing the differential square distance of impeller' s boundary.The fourth chapter Studied present condition of Finite Element in domestic and international and introduced the software of ANSYS detail, It proceeded number...
