Electronic Concentrated Engine Control System is a core unit of Auto Electronics. Electronic Fuel Injection technology replaces the traditional carburetor mechanical structure, realizes to control fuel accurately, and has an important significance and effect for improving the engine's emission, economical and power parameters.Firstly, the engine's operating principle and characteristics are introduced, and then the engine control theories are studied in the paper. The relation among the fuel, speed and throttle is discussed, the influence of the inflow temperature and accumulator's voltage for the fuel are analyzed, and the maths relations are listed. The relation between the best Injection Timing and the speed is analyzed, the influence factors about Spark Advance and Spark Close's in different work conditions are studied, and the relation between Spark Advance and engine's knocking is found. Based on engine control theories, the engine basis control scheme and improved double closed loop scheme are designed. The theories' analysis indicates the improved double closed loop control system can make engine achieve the best Air-Fuel Ratio and fast response.The engine's mathematical model and simulation model are established based on Mean Value Spark Ignition theory in the paper, and the simulation results validated prove the model's validity. To improve farther engine's performances, the intelligent strategy of EFI is studied, EFI system is designed based on fuzzy PID, and a simulation model is established under MATLAB/SIMULINK environment. The results validate the control strategy improves effectively the response speed, tracks fast to the setting speed, and guarantees the economical parameter and emission parameter.A hardware based on DSP (TMS320F2812) for Electronic Concentrated Engine Control System is established and most function modules are designed. The corresponding software design and the main program's flow chart are also presented in the paper.
