FOG is one kind of laser gyroscopes. IT is based on the interferential theory of Sagnac. And its lamp-house is used with laser. A photic loop is made by fiber. There are clockwise and withershins sheaveses of lights transfer in the circle. With the turn of the circle ,the two lights introduce phasic difference ,so the angle velocity is measured.The system of FOG introduced in this paper is based on DSP and FPGA. The structure and working course of the system are also grounded on the two parts of an apparatus. DSP and FPGA play different parts in the system. FPGA is mainly used to produce scheduling and form the closed loop. And another use of FPGA is that provide DSP original data. DSP is used as digital filters used by sampling at the foreside and at the export correspondingly.The original data used by DSP is taken from the first adder in the circle. After the DSP's disposal,the output data are sent to guidance system.This paper's main purposes and content are what how to improve the system's sensitivity and stability.In order to improve the FOG's capability,it is separately discuss from hardware aspect and software aspects.It is mainly discuss the following three aspects in the software :forehead sampling and disposal of sample; the filter of the output data and accommodation of the circle. On the other hand ,the task of the hardware is mainly that enhancement of the stability; decrease of the circuit's yawp and the harmony between DSP and FPGA.The measures mentioned in the paper are testified effective practically. The FOG's sensitivity and stability have acquire definite exaltation.
