A series of acute contradiction between population, resource , environment and economic development has been the serious problem in human developing process in 20th century which will be serious conjuncture for human subsistence and development in 21th century. In the face of newly environmental pollution, intrinsic terminal measures could hardly meet the needs of protective environment radically. Cleanly production, which will replace terminal disposal as character of contaminative prevention strategy, is thought to be the optimal choice to resolve the problem and carry out sustainable development. Assessing cleanly production need to evaluate the entire life-cycle stages, i.e. from through raw material, acquisition to manufacture, transportation, distribution, use, reuse, maintenance, recycle and final disposal. Life Cycle Assessment is the method to evaluate environmental impact and resource consume in whole life cycle of product.The paper introduced the history, basic concept and framework of life cycle assessment. By using this method, we analyzed the environmental load of Aluminium-plastic composite panel, which is a new decorative material, and compared the environmental load of Aluminium-plastic composite pane with pure Aluminium panel. To visually illuminate the environmental load of Aluminium-plastic composite pane, both domestic and overseas LCA methods are used to transform environmental wastage produced in Aluminium-plastic composite pane production into single wastage, the results obtained by the two methods are also compared and analyzed. The results indicated that greenhouse effect and acidification were more serious because of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide occurrence in the life cycle of Aluminium-plastic composite pane and pure Aluminium panel. Aluminium's producing consume resource ,energy and release a lot of carbon dioxide. So we should adopt circle regeneration Aluminium. With the domestic LCA method, circular polyethylene replacing newly polyethylene made the environmental load less in Aluminium-plastic composite pane producing. Resource was reduced 3.8 percent.Greenhouse effect is reduced 15 percent. Acidification effect is reduced 15 percent. Comparing Aluminium-plastic composite pane with Aluminium pane, resource, energy, global warming potential, acidification potential, photochemical oxidant formation nutrification potentials ecotoxicity(aquatic) was reduced respectively 72, 70, 66 ,66,69, 19,98. Adopting normative individual criterion(if the distributing of population is symmetrical)and normative spacial criterion (this reflect coritributive intension of unit space to environmental impact), two different benchmarks concluded the environmental load of Aluminium-plastic composite pane producing and Aluminium pane producing was more serious in Midwest. Middle parts should control the population growth while west parts increase tree planting and afforestation to prevent soil erosion. Relative numerical value of environmental load was equality approximately adopting domestic and overseas LCA methods. If proving veracity of certain assessable method, it was feasible to compare relative error adopting double or more when assessing homologous product/material.The paper also introduced that the conception, basic content and objective of cleanly production which was applied to each producing technics of Aluminium-plastic composite pane producing, and described that the origin of waste water, exhaust gas , powder, adopting dispose measure, improved measures and the recycle of Aluminium-plastic composite pane.The paper tried to make environmental labeling standard of Aluminium-plastic composite pane. This standard prescribed every environmental technical index , tested methods and environmental statement demand.
