Liquid nitrogen refrigerator car is the third generation of the new-stylecold liquid resource refrigerator cars. For the costly running expense, it limitsthe usage of the new-style cold liquid resource on the refrigerator car. Theauthor uses the simulation computation to make a detailed way on the full useof the liquid nitrogen, computes the consumption on the refrigeration and coldstorage transportation.Analyzes the flow field,temperature filed and food frozen curves in thetransportation. The author also proposes that using the temperatureregulating method is a better way for the transportation. It can not only keep abetter food quality, but also make the best use of the liquid nitrogen andreduce the consumption. Moreover, it can reduce the operating times to thespout devices and prolong the devices' life-time.The author analyzed the influences on the food stack shapes in the carriage,the pump pressure, the nozzle's quantities and the disposal style, the mass flowof the liquid nitrogen. For the given food, the given stack shape, the givenpump, comparing with the simulation data, the author discussed thepreponderant single nozzle flow rate area.
