Research And Made The Capabilities Testing System Of The Clearance Self-Regulating Device Of Automobile Discal Brake

Brake is one of the most important components which ensure automobile run, and the clearance self-regulating device of brake is one of the most important parts of brake, but the study on the capabilities of clearance self-regulating device of discal brake is very little, especially the testing study on self- regulating device of discal brake is almost vacant.This paper is written basic on the research and made the capabilities testing system of the clearance self-regulating device of discal brake. By the dynamic analysis of the clearance self-regulating device of brake, and the study on the function of self-regulating, some testing items of the clearance self-regulating device of brake were put forwarded, and the corresponding test methods were developed. Based on the test items and the test methods, a special testing equipment which is used to test clearance self-regulating device of discal brake was designed, and a corresponding automatic control system was developed.The equipment is a two-dimension testing system controlled by computer. The most important part in the control system is MPC02 card which receives control signals from the PC and sends instruction to step motor, sever moter, electric-valve, annunciator and other apparatus. The software is programmed by Visual Basic 60.
