Chamber press ---as important properties parameter of a cannon system' s,is going to proceed many times analysis when it is in the course of researching new type cannon or checking products . The development of the chamber press measure technique is very important to the development of canon system .Nevertheless ,under conditions of whole shell bearing press , there is contradiction between the installing characteristic of the press sensor and the need implement' s volume .Through measureing plasticity deform of the lead in the implement , in the course of bearing press the shell of the implement is out of shape .To settle the contradiction between the implement' s small volume and high precision .The unity of the sensor and the shell of the implement' s is an important researching direction . 1990' s in international there is memory storage test products of the unity sensor and micro-electronic recorder , such as AVL company ,Austria ,produced memory storage electronic test implement in 1992 .This paper presents Capacitive Electronic Jn-bore Pressure Guages , and the principles of capacitive sensor are used to the press, to make the sensor and the shell a whole one. We require the press designed by us be put in the object to be measured, support high pressure and measure dynamic parameters in real-time. Aimed at the requirement we' ll design a new type of electronic gauges for chamber pressure measurements. The characteristics of the gauges shell is directly used for designing a kind of column capacitive sensor, instead of a piezoelectric pressure transducer. The design in measuring theory, circuit and parameter are made. The result shows the static characteristic, dynamic characteristic, sensitivity of the capacitive sensor. Designing amplifycircuit , wave filter circuit . Constituteing a based on capacity sensor Jn-bore Pressure Guages system . Such capacitive Electronic Jn-bore pressure gauges have the advantage of small volume and compact configuration.
