Energy is the most important problem in the world, and the new alternative fuel becomes a hot topic for solving energy crisis. Coal bed gas is an efficient substitute for gasoline, such as generating electronic in some countries, moreover, resource in our country is rather abundance, and it is a new orientation to utilize the source. Pollution problem requires to update emission rule, at the same time, improving drive and economical performance of engine, computer and electronic control lets them become reality.In term of coal bed gas feature, the paper designs the new high energy ignition system, contents as follows:1. The increase on control function and the limitation of pin number, modify parallel correspondence into serial mode.2. Modify the circuit of collecting signal, such as oxygen sensor, knock and ignition feedback3. Modify placed MAP EEPROM into FLASH memorizer4. Increase the function of ignition control, including the design of module for driving ignition5. Modify supervised software, and increase the modification of controls parameters online, and sketch data and automatically build MAP6. The research on relation with emission and rotate speed, find out control regulation about prime point, provide the gist for optimizing advanced angle ignition.The results of experiment prove that the microcomputer controlled ignition system can run stably, furthermore, it can let engine more efficiently run optimizing all kinds of parameter and in different circumstance.
