A wealth of study results of stretchy medium bio-contact process for pretreatment of micro-polluted source water were reported at present at home, but these studies were not belong to onsite biological pretreatment in the strict sense of the world, so the subject group first carry on the feasibility study of the combined technique of water-lifting aeration and bio-contact oxidation process for source water quality control for water quality control. The present article mainly deals with the study of whether the surface of biological medium can form active bio-membrane under the operation of multifunctional device for water lifting and aeration. The effect, the modifying factors and the ground determine on the best operation parameter of the technique for water quality control.The experimental results showed that under the operation of multifunctional device for water lifting and aeration, the temperature of the water was 1630℃, the dissolved oxygen was more than 5mg·L-1, the hydraulic residential time was 24h, biological medium was suspended or fixed around the water-lifting aerator 025m and under the water surface 03m, the average removal rate of CODMn, TOC, UV254, UV410, Dissolved CODMn, NH4+-N, Chlorophyll-a, Algae Count, Real Color, Total Iron, Total Manganese, Dissovled Iron and Manganese by the technique were 10.2%, 10.7%, 5.9%, 40.2%, 6.8%, 68.7%, 44.3%, 38%, 47.9%, 51.8%, 44.5%, 35.1% and 14.6% respectively. The noticeable enough effect indicated that the combined technique of water-lifting aeration and bio-contact oxidation process for source water quality control was feasible.On the small side the change of water depth within 03m influenced on the effect which the combined technique controlled source water quality. The hydraulic residential time within 24h affected the removal effect of contamination in some degree. Aiming at the different contamination the hydraulic residential time showed diffirent degrees of influence. When the biological medium was suspended or fixed around the water-lifting aerator within 025m, asthe distance became smaller, the removal effect of contamination became better. The temperature of the water, the dissolved oxygen, pH and the change of water quality of influent were had no consideration which influenced on controlling source water quality by the combined technique.The parameters of the combined technique in actual production applications are as following. The hydraulic residential time is larger than 23h, the YDT biological medium could be suspended or fixed around the water-lifting aerator 025m and under the water surface 03m.
