As a ventilation form for improving indoor air quality and saving energy, displacement ventilation has been widely used in the projects. In order to better incarnate the superiority of displacement ventilation, we must learn the different factors of effect on displacement ventilation room loads, and then find a reasonable method to calculate it.ventilation efficiency is one of the important indicator to evaluate ventilation system performance, so we must learn the factors of effect on ventilation efficiency, too. We only fing the reasonable method to calculate room loads and ventilation effecicency, we can not only improve indoor air quality but also save energy.The paper analyses and calculates the displacement ventilation room loads and ventilation efficiency using the two-cell model in Visual Fortran program. Finally we gained many conculusions, for instance:(1) Room cooling loads minish along with room high increasing, and ventilationefficiency increases along with room high increasing.(2) Room cooling loads increase along with buliding area increasing, and ventilation efficiency minishes along with buliding area increasing.(3) Room cooling loads increase along with heat source's area in the occupiedzone increacing, but ventilation efficiency decreases along with heat source's heat flow in the occupied zone increasing.(4) Room cooling loads increase along with heat source's area above the occupied zone increasing, and ventilation efficiency increases along with heat source's area above the occupied zone increasingThe paper analyses other factors of effect on room cooling loads and ventilation efficiency. In Addition, from sorting out and analyzing the calculated data, the occupied zone's cooling loads equation is reached by applying th e Liner Regression Modle and the Least Double Multiplication.
