As energy crisis is increasingly intensified over the world, energy-saving is becoming a commonly-concerned focus. Fuel-saved measures, energy saving products and fuel economizing technologies are more studied currently. Magnetic technology is a clean burning fuel that is convenient, low-cost energy-saving technologies."Experimental research and theoretical analysis of fuel oil magnetization"project provide a good opportunity for fuel magnetization burning technology.This paper expounds the theory that magnetism is the property of matter, makes an exploration of the influences of magnetization upon the microstructure of matter according to the microstructure of matter and the theory of magnetism, therefore the article explore the influences of magnetism upon chemical reactions and mechanism. The fuel is magnetized before entering to the engine or the chamber, as a result, its microscopic state is changed, such as the molecular surface tension and the kinematics viscosity are reduced, and make the fuel elements fully integrated with oxygen molecule, so that a magnetic field installed on the fuel oil and air can improve the fuel oil's burning effect and lesson the environmental pollution effectively.A magnetized small oil gun burning test system has been established. A great number of experiments has been conducted on the boiler's combustion efficiency, the exhaust smoke temperature and the harmful gas emission when the fuel oil, burning- assisting wind and atomizing air were magnetized. The effect of different magnetism intensities and its regularity was discussed. The result shown that a magnetic field installed on the fuel oil pipe and burning- assisting wind pipe can improve the fuel oil's burning effect, saving energy, forming low-oxygen working condition and lessen the environmental pollution effectively.
