At the present time, people know the importance of the environmental protection, vast scale wastewater treatment plant is the fast established in our development planning. Among those, the device with low E P run easily but the energy consume is high, but for the device with high E P, many accessory should be machined especially, the device is complex, and meet malfunction easily. All in all, all the device has it's own advantages.The experiment making use of the negative pressure at the pump water inlet can transfer liquid, at the same time, which can aerate to the liquid which transferring, which realized the multifunction with one device. When the pump is working, negative pressure is existing at the water intake, which can intake air form the water intake, here, the density of the gas-liquid two phase flow is small the density of the liquid. To control the input voltage to make the pump-motor system to work in the highly active range. So it can make the operating mode of the pump-motor system gradually change, to work in the highly active range.Show by the testing result, when the air input is little, gas water ratio is less than 1:24, the pump working normally, the output will decrease gradually with the augment of the air input and the reduction of the voltage; when gas water ratio is greater than 1:16, the output reducing quickly and noisy in the pump body, when gas water ratio is more, the manometer, vacuum meter and output will change suddenly. But during the whole experimentation, there is no the case of cavitation erosion.Amount of data of the experiment about input voltage, output, and delivery lift natural parameter is collected, and analysis by Origin6.1. According to fitting curve, we can draw the change tendency about the pump-motor system under the condition of different voltage and different air input, and do economic analysis and compare at the range of highly active, we can draw the conclusion that: When the voltage is between the 305V and 380V, the dynamic efficiency can be between 1kgO2/kWh and 2.95kgO2/kWh. If compared with other aeration equipment, the experimental facility has great dominance.The device is simpleness, operational reliability, if it was used to wastewater treatment, it can reduce amount of investment about manpower and material resources. The device is not do harm to the surroundings, can be automatization, and provide theory for a new type of automatization environmental aeration device.
