The stochastic vibration is a kind of vibration which cannot use the definite function to describe its regularity and can only use the probability statistical method to indicate the stochastic process. For example: structural vibration caused by earthquake; tochastic vibration of vihecles caused by uneven road.There are two main reasons for the structure response randomness : the first one is load randomness, the sceond one is structural parameter randomness. The first kind of random question needs to use the usual stochastic vibration response to carry on the solution. In actual project, in order to guarantee the reliability of the structural design, project engineer must know the influence of the second kind of randomness to the structure response.The synthesis considered two kind of randomness, regarding thestochastic structure under the stochastic load vibration responsesituation, had many literature to carry on the exploration, but in sufficiently is also full, is worth further studying. This article proposes one computation stochastic parameter structure stochastic vibration response effective method. Uses high step Taylor's Expansion,directly carries on to the structure stochastic response stochasticparameter variable launches, and then carries on the statistical analysis to the stochastic parameter variable, has carried on the analysis to the stochastic structure under the stochastic load vibration response. In the article acted according to Matrix and the stochastic vibration theory has inferred the statistical response formula, and through calculated the example has carried on this article method and the Monte Carlo sampling method the contrast,finally indicated this article method had the better computation precision (to show and the counting yield through error) (through computing time showing).Moreover this article also briefly introduced Monte the Carlo lawrandom digit production, the parameters of Kanai-Tajimi model are studied based on the active building seismic code(GB50011-2001)and the random extreme value theory in this thesis. It is necessary to distinguish the model parameters under frequently occurred earthquake action from the ones under seldomly occurred earthquake action for considering the nonlinear characteristic of the site soil . The corresponding damping ratio and predominant frequency of the site soil under frequently occurred earthquake action are presented and the value of the S0 .
