Hydraulic steering control units (HSCU) is a kind of very important hydraulic unit in the field of engineering mechanism. In order to disappear loud noise , serious energy loss at locale, the paper offers blue print with low energy loss and low noise. At first, it brought forward the supposition of the model and then established the model with the help of hydrodynamics conclusions. It settles the foundation for analyzing the valve.Secondly, the flow field is computed and the velocity distribution, pressure distribution and energy distribution can be obtained and relations between the valve channel and the energy loss, the negative pressure distribution can be analyzed.Again, at the same condition, the reformative model is computed and the result could be compared. Also the effect of the size is analyzed. At last, the analyses can offer the theory foundation for structure optimizing. This paper offers the theory foundation for designing valves with the high efficiency, low energy loss and low noise.
