With the development of computer science and power industry, the graphic technology has become an indivisible part in power system applications. But in the traditional graphics-design, based on the process-oriented design method the graphic editor module is been programmed singly in allusion to each component, It has a poor performance in expansibility and maintainability. At the same time the network's topology module fails to utilize the graphical data adequately so it is necessary to prepare the topology data separately. As the development of graphic user interface, great deals of graphical systems have been used in the Internet applications of he electric power system and meet the especial demand effectively. However, on account of the different demand of every Internet application, the graphical system often needs to be renewed. Accordingly, it is necessary to construct a graphics support platform which is used to meet the different demands. There are various kinds of Internet applications in electric power system. All of them are complicated in data configuration and module. Meanwhile the multiplex menu displaying and the real time processing are required. All the factors make the workload of GUI's development heavier, even the workload of GUI's development excess the kernel arithmetic workload sometimes. It is a very important task to contrive the special graphics support platform which is fit for the advanced software of electric power and to realize the graphical system's share.According to the need of practical project, an open,transplantable and powerful common graphic platform is developed on the concept of object-oriented and component object model technology. After the detailed analysis of the main structure, object design and functional division of the platform, the structure designing and operating environment of the relational database management system is described.There are many graphical application program based on kinds of computer language, which lacked of commonality and flexibility. A kind of ActiveX widget is developed by use of Delphi, which can be invoked in other graphic package conveniently with simple register and none modification. Then the commonality and flexibility of power system graphic package are achieved.In view of the necessity for further improvement of the existing power system of Dispatching order generating system with respect to the correctness rate the security proof .paper exploits a new Multi-agent operation order expert system based on node number of Power system counting. This system uses node number to describe network topology connection directly, to list operation order. This system can use the same figure platform with electric network dispatching automation, share computer network and the real-time data of SCADA. Above all, erects Multi-Agent System, using state estimation to count on-lining load flow and analyses real-time connection, can check the real-time switch state ;using short-circuit calculation to avoiding miss operation, improves the validity of the operation order.
