The testing experiment of the conventional controller of the direct current motor is made artificially. Both the data processing and analysis are complicated due to lots of testing spots, large quantity of data and long time to take records. With the rapid development of industrial automation, increasingly complicated testing task and condition, there is a dire need for a more powerful, cheaper and more flexible testing system. Therefore, it is necessary to research and design the design and realization of controller testing system for Direct-Current Motor (DCMTS) in this subject.This paper first tells the developing background of the DCMTS and provides the composition and design project of the testing system. And on this basis, it elaborates the implementation process of DCMTS on hardware and software respectively. As for the hardware, a hardware circuit based on MC69HC908GP32 SCM is designed and tested successfully; and as for the software, the paper presents the design of MCU software and the designing procedure of the PC software. The modularized designing method is adopted for the software design , and in this way the readability, testability and transplantation are increased.By testing, the DCMTS has reached the designing standard and can meet the needs of all the testing requirements of the DCMTS. Thus, the degree of the testing automation of the DCMTS and the testing efficiency of the system are improved.
