Distributed Simulation System Of Accident Anticipated Plan For Substation Operation

Rehearsing an accident anticipated plan needs a lot of resources. So the electric departments need simulation system for rehearsing accident anticipated plans. The system is designed to resolve this problem.The distributed simulation system of accident anticipated plan for substation operation is presented in this paper. Three parts which are visualization of the accident phenomenon, judging accident and handling accident are designed based on general process of accident anticipated plan. This system is based on distributed three-tiered C/S architecture. The information is transmitted by WinSock based on TCP/IP for Interactive Information. VB6.0 is used as a development tool. SQL Server 2000 is used as Database.The system is mainly applicable to simulate and train the accident anticipated plans based on substation. It is help to improve the understanding of accident anticipated plan and the accident handling capacity for the substation workingmen.
