Design Of Remote Fire-Fighting Monitor System

Remote fire-fighting monitor is a machine which has driving mechanism.The monitor allow the fire fighters control it in far distance with electronic equipment.The monitor can adjust the ejection direction and ejection mode as required.Remote fire-fighting monitor can be fixed on a fire engine for large-scale extinguishment.The fire fighters can benefit from the monitor,because it makes them far away the dangers. Remote fire-fighting monitor can also fixed in the fields,just like port,dock and oil tanks.The monitor can associate with the fire detector for extinguishing quickly. Remote fire-fighting monitor can achieve better performance than normal spraying system in the large space building,because the former causes the less water loss and be arranged easier.First,the development of remote fire-fighting monitor is introduced in the thesis. Considering the requirements of fire-fighting,the structure scheme of monitor is approved.The structure scheme of monitor includes sliding screw converter system, worn position system and DC driving system.Based on this scheme,the mist system, converter system and position system are designed.The structure force is analyzed and the driving torture is calculated,then DC motor is choose as the driving mechanism. Considering the requirements of monitor controlling,choose the AT89C51 as the core of control system.The control system is host-lower 2 level structure.Control system consists of the remote-control unit and DC motion control unit,2 parts of control system communicate wirelessly.At last he circuits of system(key circuits,wireless circuits,DC controlling circuits) are designed,and the control software is compiled.
