The boiler reheated steam temperature control object is generally with characteristic of parameters slow time variable, the great inertia and the larger time lag. This paper analyzes the factor of reheated steam temperature control system and lucubrate on repair, operation and control. This paper applying the Algebra Equivalent Observer(AEO)of the theory results to direct the design of Increment Function Observer and parameter tuning of state feedback control system. Taking the state feedback with PID control system applying in a boiler re-heated steam temperature control systems of a 300MW power unit, which has a good control effect that the biggest errors of re-heated steam temperature are within±5℃respectively when the unit quickly change load of 50 MW with rate of 8MW/min. This shows that the theory of Algebra Equivalent Observer and Increment Function Observer is very successful in engineering application of thermal control field.
