In this paper, the temperature field of low oxygen-high temperature gas and the characteristic of emission are studied. A simple firebox model is established. The temperature field and the generation and distributing of nitrogen are numerically simulated. The following results are obtained:1. Simple gas methane is chosen as the test gas and the mathematical model of cross jet diffusion combustion in restricted space is established. With the software FLUENT, the temperature field is simulated in low oxygen-high temperature combustion. And the temperature field is plotted under the condition of different preheated temperature and oxygen concentration. The results are compared well with experimental photograph.2. Turbulence model and radiation model are added in the computation, so the influence of viscosity and radiate is considered, and more actual results for concentration and more accurate temperature are obtained.3. Simple gas methane is chosen as the test gas, the generation and distributing of nitrogen are simulated under the condition of different preheated temperature and oxygen concentration. After further analysis, the relationship between nitrogen oxides and the temperature is found out. Also gets how combustion efficiency and nitrogen oxides change with the oxygen concentration.
