With the development of productive forces, as an important branch of engineering machinery, one of the impact of the equipment since the advent of access to the rapid development in wide application in all walks of life at home and abroad. It has small size, light weight, easy to carry, easy to operate, safe and reliability. Using it to work not only can greatly reduce the operator's labor intensity, but also can improve the operating efficiency than the craft by several times, at the same time, because of processing dimensional accuracy, surface finish than the hand-high, they are able to ensure project quality very well. They has become an important new technology industry, And has achieved notable social and economic benefits.In this paper, according to the design of magnetic properties to determine the various parameters, the impact of electromagnetic theory to the theoretical basis was being used in a new hammer. According to the magnetic characteristics determine the design of various parameters, the hammer of the design parameters, the final developed with the design requirements of the hammer.There are three main sections about the thesis as follows:First of all, a new hammer with the magnetic impact agency was designed. The impact movement was achievement by the specific structure of the magnetic agency, which was successfully applied on the impact movement of the rotary hammer. At the same time, the magnetic impact agency was took into considering in order to ensuring a sooth superposition of complex movements: the magnetic impact agency through rotating disks alternating magnetic field by the rotation to make the drives producing the impact of movement. As result it was development to enhance the performance of the product quality, as well as reduce the processing costs.The second section is to design the magnetic impacting model. The classical magnetic calculation model was used in the magnetic calculation. And the calculation model was been appropriate amendment with all of parameters from the real model on the hammer. The major specifications of the magnetic impact agency are impact energy and impact frequency, which involves magnetic impact energy changing in the role of the magnetic effective stroke, as well as the role of magnetic effect achievement and the optimal design.The third section is the simulation analysis and experiment. Base on the magnetic impact agency, three cases of the magnetic effecting movement was all been simulation, which is about the force and the gap of the two magnetic rings. Then the report of the simulation result was been analysis to find out the relationship between the model and the force. As well as the experimental verification and the experimental prototype were taken into accomplishment. With all of the result above, that is to say, the new magnetic agency is correct and feasible.
