Brushless direct current motor is late model product of incorporate mechanical andelectronical along with the development of semiconductor technology, it is productionof ittergating electron(including electric power, micro electronics, control technology)motor technology, because mechanical current commutation of traditional directcurrent motor is replaced by current commutation of rectifying tube and provided withoutstanding accommodating capability of electric excitation direct current motor andachieving brushless circulation, so it obtain broad application in micromotor used bythe military of high control precision and dependability.The brushless direct current motor in navigation of this disquistion was put into usemilitary and automatic control equipment ,it differs with common brushless directcurrent motor,has two phase winding exciation in stator, adapt inclement enivorment insea.This disquistion introduces history,development direction,home and foreigncondition and device of technique of brushless direct current motor;analyse primarilybasal configuration and running theory here on this foundation,analyse winding formatand magnet road in detail , the analysis and calculation methods with equivalentmagnet road were adopt ,design and calculate brushless direct current motor innegative .Combination Ansoft the finite element theory to electromagnetism,the cofficient ofpole arc and gas were computed,and some magnet parameters were calculated such asnon load gas flux and gas magnetic field density and each part agnetic density, designproject was optimized to the studied motor, air gap magnetic density and each partagnetic density were contrasted and analysed to the before and afteroptimizing .Finally ,pattern of brushless direct current torque motor in navigation.wasmanufactured and test on according with request technology, analyse examinationresult, accomplish this task.
