In this paper, according to the need of National Natural Science Foundation Project《Thermal physical information fusion of multi-mechanism Tomography Study》,I make a research for electrical capacitance tomography system hardware components, sensors and other aspects,by the optimization study of various aspects of the imaging algorithm comparison study,we can identify existing strengths and weaknesses of the algorithm, from a technical point of view of practical use, we can not only improve the accuracy of image, but also should take into account the accuracy and real-time, I propose a better method which Tikhonov Regularization and Landweber iteration method has been improved. From a theoretical point, the algorithm is superior and can be implemented, and through simulation experiments, it shows that the algorithm it not only maintains a high precision imaging, and substantially improves real-time imaging, electrical capacitance tomography to the industrial field application technology make a big step forward.
