With the rising of intelligent home, people pay more and more attentions to study the high-quality indoor air-conditioning system. People are not just satisfied with the traditional temperature control, but more concerned about the indoor thermal comfort. People put forward a higher demand for designing and controlling the air-conditioning system. A new control thesis is proposed in the indoor environment control area.Although existing air-conditioning system can regulate temperature and humidity constantly, most of the time it makes people uncomfortable. The purpose of the subject research is to make people content with indoor environment by the way of controlling PMV. This thesis takes the indoor human body comfort level as the control objective, by using predictive control arithmetic, human body's comfort level can be well adjusted, which realize predictive control of human comfort level theoretically.Due to the comfort is a comprehensive index,the influence factors of comfort are multiple. The paper introduces an evaluation index and calculation equation of PMV, then determines the designing approach not only use PMV as controlled variable, but also use air outlet temperature, relative humidity and stream velocity as process control variables. In order to devise controller easily, an air-conditioning room model is established to analysis the air conditioning room, and least squares is also used to identify the model's Parameter. Based on the derived model above, the system builds a simulation platform. Because of the mapping relationship between PMV and air temperature, relative humidity, air flow rate is complicated and coupling,based on model predictive control, according to the performance indicators equation established beforehand, through the prediction of the future realizing the air temperature, relative humidity and airflow velocity of the optimal output, the thesis realizes the comfort of indoor air conditioning.The paper uses the MATLAB software to emulate the system; the results demonstrate that the interior temperature, relative humidity and stream velocity are well controlled within the limit of comfort standard.
