This study researched the Chaenomeles Lindl germplasm resource of china, and find six major distributing section of Chaenomeles Lindl. They are distributing section of Chaenomeles LagbUuiakoidz in zunyi Guizhou province , distributing seqtion of Chaenomeles lagenaria in changyang Hubei province and xuanzhou Anhwei province , distributing section of Chaenomeles lagenaria in linyi Shandong province, distributing section of Chaenimeles sinensis in heze Shandong province, distributing section of Chaenomeles tibetica in Brahmaputra Tibet province and distributing section of ornamental Chinese flowering quince in linyi Shandong province . The paper explained what the ornamental Chinese Flowering Quince was, and on the basis of which widely searched and gathered the cultivars and the types of ornamental Chinese Flowering Quince from their major distributing section and the near sections, and founded a germplasm reource garden in Taian. The garden include twelve cultivars and types. They are C. 'Baochun', C. 'Changshoule' , C. 'Yinchangshou', C. ' Changshouguan', C. ' Dafugui', C. 'Fuse', C. speciosa. 'Baitiegeng' , C. speciosa .'Hongtiegeng',C.' Chenghong', Chaenomeles lagenaria, Chaenomeles cathayensis, Chaenomeles sinensis.In the course of research we found there were facts of "same thing different name" and "same name different thing". Thereinto Dafugui , Yizhouhong, Fuguihongbao and Shijieyi were same cultivar , Changshoule and Hesuihong were same cultivar, Changshouguan and Changshoufengchun were same .cultivar, Yinchangshou , Lvbaoshi and Baixuegongzhu were same cultivar, Baochun and Hongyundangtou were same cultivar . Fuguijin drives at Fuse in some place, but drives at Changshoule in other place.Then the auther identified the twelve cultivars and discussed their kindredwith morphological taxonomy, palynology, numerical taxonomy and isozyme analysis. First ,32 morphological index were choosed and coded.The principal component analysis consider that the fruit character is the first criterion in the cultivar taxonomy of ornamental Chinese Flowering Quince, the flower character is the second criterion and the leaf character is the third. Numerical taxonomy first did R-cluster analysis with 23 morphological index that rechoosed after principal component analysis. In R-cluster analysis the index of leaf color was eliminated ,which was greatly correlated to the index of leaf quality, in order to educe true conclusion in the following Q-cluster analysis. Q-cluster analysis consider that C. speciosa. 'Hongtiegeng', C. 'Fuse', C. 'Chenghong' ,C.speciosa. 'Baitiegeng' ,Chaenomeleslagenariaand Chaenomeles cathayensis have close kindred, C. 'Changshoule' and C. 'Yinchangshou' have close kindred , C. 'Changshouguan' and C. 'Dafugui' have close kindred . Q-cluster analysis did not make sure which stirp C. 'Baochun' , C. 'Changshoule' , C. 'Yinchangshou' , C. 'Changshouguan' andC. 'Dafugui' belong to. The cultivars' pollens were observed with electronic microscope. The conclusion displayed that the pollens of Chaenomeles Lindl are very similar in morphology. They are all of sphericity or long sphericity, of radiate symmetry, have round polor side, have triangle budding channel and all belong to NsP^s. All cultivars' pollen have striation-brain veins or brain veins except that Chaenomeles sinensis's pollen has obvious striation veins. Fourteen pollen index were used in the the principal component analysis and ten more important index were rechoosed for the following cluster analysis. The conclusion of pollen's cluster analysis found that the difference between the ornamental Chinese flowering quince' pollens was not unanimous with the difference between the morphology, but achieve a same result that C. 'Fuse' ,C. speciosa. 'Hongtiegeng' , C. 'Chenghong' , Chaenomeles cathayensis and Chaenomeles lagenaria have close kindred . After reasoning of feasibility, the author integrated 22 morphology index and 10 pollen index and did farther cluster analysis. Theintegrative cluster analysis classified the 12 cult...
