| A series of methods and key techniques of high quality cut flower production were studied about the influences of light, humidity, temperature and fertilization in Oriental Hybrid Lily 'Stargazer' , 'Mero star' and 'Behia blanca' .1. Effect of supplement lighting and fertilizer treatment on oriental lily 'Mero star' were studied on the growth and quality of cut flowers. The result suggested that supplement lighting accelerated flowering about 20 days, irrespective of the fertilization levels. It also increased quality and color of cut flowers, prevented flower bud abortion. Plants grown with better lighting showed higher nutrient demands.2. Oriental lily 'Star Gazer' and 'Bahia Blanca' was cultivated in the greenhouse during autumn with treatments of 75%RH and 90%RH. 60%RH is control. The results suggested that different RH had significant effects on the growth and development for both cultivars. High RH improved the leaf area, delayed the flowering time and reduced the flowering days in vase, accelerated leaf yellowing as well. High RH promoted big stomata and reduced the stomatal density,improved the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate. The stomata closure of leaves grown in high RH reflected slowly after desiccation than low RH. The sap flow was also slow and the water absorption amount was lower than the lily plants grown in low RH.3. Oriental lily 'Star Gazer' was cultivated in the greenhouse with ℃, l2℃ and 16℃ rooting treatment for 2weeks,another batch was treated with 0 day,14days and 28 days under 12℃. It was suggested that temperature played important role on the rooting ,growth and development and quality of cut flowers as well, it accelerated the stem root, promoted the plant height and leaf aera,as well as the quality of cut flowers. The rooting time also affected the rooting, growth and development,the quality as well.It indicated that 12℃ rooting treatment for 14 days was most suitable for Oriental lily 'Star Gazer'.
