ObjectiveA variety of reasons all can cause nausea,vomiting,such as drug toxicity,the gastrointestinal tract disease,motion sickness,postoperative and the pregnancy,etc.Among them the tumor radioactive vomiting and chemotherapy sex shows the most violent vomiting,for example in the including cisplatin(DDP)combination.chemotherapy scheme,its rate can amount to100%.At present the stop ou drugs which applied to the radiation and chemotherapy are very toxicity,applicable scope is narrow,often need combination,and application of the drug in pregnancy vomiting,often has harmful effects to baby.Therefore,researching the natural anti-vomiting medicine is significant.This paper using the new mink vomiting model,researches the inhibition of citrus ginger soup to vomiting caused by spit agent cisplatin,copper sulfate and flapping morphine.Methods1.Antiemetic effect of citurs ginger soup on cisplatin-induced vomiting in minks.Cisplatin made mode30minks random are divided into five groups,and six ones in every group,group1as model control group,irrigation stomach5ml·kg-1distilled water;Group2ip the ondansetron2mg·kg-1pretreatment;3,4,5groups were ig dried tangerine or orange peel ginger decocting1g·kg-1,2g·kg-1,4g·kg-1pretreatment,0.5h after cisplatin ip.The irrigation capacity are stomach7.5m·kg-1.Observe the animals after the injection of cisplatin6h reactions within the,record the latency time of onset to vomiting,the number of retches and vomits.2.Antiemetic effect of citurs ginger soup on apomorphine-induced vomiting in minksApomorphine made model30minks random are divided into five groups,and six ones in every group,group1for model control group,ig distilled water5ml·kg-1;Group2ip metoclopramide4mg-kg-1pretreatment;3,4,5groups were ig dried tangerine or orange peel ginger decocting1g·kg-1,2g·kg-1,4g·kg-1pretreatment,after0.5hours we give park morphine1.0mg·kg-1subcutaneous injection(s.c).Watch Animals response in injection of Apomorphine after morphine6h,record the latency time of onset to vomiting,the number of retches and vomits.3.Antiemetic effect of citurs ginger soup on Copper sulfate-induced vomiting in minksCopper sulfate made model30minks random are divided into five groups,and six ones in every group,group1for model control group,ig distilled water5m·kg-1;Group2ip metoclopramide4mg·kg-1pretreatmen;3,4,5groups were ig dried tangerine or orange peel ginger decocting1g·kg-1,2g·kg-1,4g·kg-1pretreatment,after0.5hours we conduct irrigation stomach(ig)copper sulfate40mg·kg-1.Watch animals reactions after Irrigation stomach copper sulfate ith in6h,record the latency time of onset to vomiting, the number of retches and vomits.Results1.Use cisplatin establish mink vomiting model,compared with the model control group and the large,medium,small three groups of citrus ginger soup concentrated extract,the mink retching and vomiting reduce the frequency of all,vomiting significantly increased the incubation period(P<0.01),and has the obvious dependence;in the citrus ginger soup concentrate group,there is one animal vomiting in6hours,compared to ondansetron positive,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).2.Use Portsmouth morphine establish mink vomiting model,citrus ginger soup concentrate high-dose group to Portsmouth,morphine(1.0g·kg-1)what cause vomiting incubation period extended,retching,and vomiting have obvious influence on the frequency of all(P<0.05),and small dose group of dose group of vomiting number only to Vomiting number have obvious influence(P<0.05),vomiting and stem ou incubation period of times the impact is not big.3.Use copper sulfate establish minks vomiting model,the large and medium group of citrus ginger soup concentrate have significantly influence to Incubation period of vomiting and retching(P<0.05),compared with the model control group and the large group can reduce the number of vomiting(P<0.05);Metoclopramide has tiny impact to vomiting incubation period,but big to retching vomiting and inhibition inversely.Conclusions1.Citrus ginger soup for cisplatin minks caused by the sick,can reduce the ou rate,reduce retching,and vomiting times,extend the incubation period,have fight vomiting role.2.Citrus ginger soup high-dose make the incubation period extended minks vomiting,fewer vomiting to mink vomiting response caused by apomorphine,definiteiy.3.Citrus ginger soup can significantly extend incubation period and reduce Vomiting and frequency retching and vomiting frequently to mink vomiting response caused by Copper sulfate,obviously.
