The standard strain of Streptococcus sanguis ATCC10556was recovered and culturedand then intracellular proteins of Streptococcus sanguis(Streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin)was extracted by centrifugation and broken.2. Adopt liquid culture inhibition assay for the characteristics of inhibition of Streptococcussanguis bacteriocin on C.a,C.t and C.g.3. We tested streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin on phosphorous leakage and permeabilityof C.a,C.t and C.g by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry and UV absorbing substance.4. We observed morphological transformation of C.a,C.t and C.g by scanning electronmicroscopy and transmission electron microscopy in the process of cultivation.Results:1. There is the similar bacteriostatic dynamics characteristic of Streptococcus sanguisbacteriocin on different Candida and inhibit peak in24h.2. Compared with control group, Streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin on candida intracellularinorganic phosphorus and macromolecular Substances reveal significantly.3. SEM showed that discoid depression and irregular forms were appeared on surface ofCandida cell after inhibition for24h.4. TEM shows that Candida cells shrinkage〠nucleus disappear〠cytoplasm wasinhomogeneous and unclear composition of cell membrane and cell wall were appeared afterStreptococcus sanguis bacteriocin on C.a. Cell wall and cell membrane of Candida continuitydamage or fracture were appeared after Streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin on C.t. discoid depression on Cell wall and cell membrane of Candida and nucleus disappear were appearedafter Streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin on C.g.Conclusion:1. There is the similar bacteriostatic dynamics characteristic of Streptococcus sanguisbacteriocin on different Candida.2.
